During today’s scheduled upgrade activity, an issue was identified that prevented the completion of the deployment for a large subset of customers in the US-East cluster, while the US-West customers have been upgraded successfully.
The issue has been traced to a bug causing the upgrade process not to complete within the expected timeframe. A fix has been identified, and the team is currently working on rolling it out.
As a result, today’s upgrade activity has been cancelled. We will reattempt the deployment to the US East Cluster once the updated changes have been validated and will provide further updates when the activity is rescheduled.
