Earlier today, a brief infrastructure issue on our end caused few customers on the Alation Cloud US East cluster to temporarily lose access to their Alation instance.
This occurred between 4:04 PM and 4:38 PM IST (10:34 – 11:08 UTC) on June 10, 2026. All affected customers were notified in real time via their private status pages as soon as the incident was identified and updated when the incident resolved.

All services were fully restored by 4:38 PM IST (11:08 UTC). No data was lost or impacted during this incident. We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may have caused to your operations.
